개인정보 입력 후 Type in your message를 작성

아래 예시 문구를 참고하여 in your message 에 요청사항을 적습니다.

1)주문 취소 요청(현지배송 전)

I want to cancel order No. ********* , because I will re-order for changing items.

Pls confirm cancellation of above order.

2) 반품 & 리턴라벨 요청

I would like to return the arrived goods (Order No. *******).

It would be much appreciated if you send Free Return Label.

I will return it after receiving Free Return Label.

3) 누락배송요청

About order no. 000000, I ordered 250 capsules, but I got only 200 capsules.

I want you to send 50 capsules that I didn't get.

4) 차액 환불 요청

I ordered below items as order number *********. But I received wrong items ****.

저장한 반품라벨을 유로라이프25(master@eurolife25.com) 메일로 보냅니다.
(해당 신청건에 반품 신청을 하시면, 반품라벨을 독일 물류센터로 전달하여 반품 수수료 7,000원 부과 후 반품을 진행합니다)
